La chica de la recepeción es amable
Aunque la parada el autobus esta al frente del hotel, la ubicación es complicada para llegar a la mejor parte de Napole ... los buses pasan en promedio cada 40 minutos y el tráfico de la ciudad es muy malo ... y el chico de la cafeteria no atiende de la mejor manera.

Pues una de las huéspedes tenía problemas de espalda tiene una incapacidad y nosotras en la reserva reservamos poniendo explícitamente que nos dieran 4 camas o al menos 1 de matrimonio y 2 individuales y hubo problemas porque según ellos nos avisaron y nos dijeron que no, cuando yo no recibí nada por la app de Booking y cuando llegamos habían habitaciones libres que nosotras las vimos y es más habíamos reservado ese hotel por esas características. Y encima nos hacían pagar 45€ de más para cambiarse a una individual con dos camas…encima le abre la habitación a mi amiga con su hija, se bañan…le dice la recepcionista que tiene que hablar con la dueña, la dueña se niega a cambiarlas y tiene que volver a mi habitación ( con 2 camas dobles) y encima le dice que tiene que pagar por el agua consumida en la otra habitación por bañarse allí, a ver quien le manda de darle una habitación sin contar con la dueña. ¡Una locura! Cuando nosotras desde que se hizo la reserva se puso claramente que una de las camas al menos tenía que ser individual porque esa persona tiene una discapacidad reconocida y no puede dormir con la hija…y no es capricho.
